Effective from 26 September 2022, if the traveller is from Mainland China or Macau (who have not stayed in overseas places or Taiwan in the 7 days prior to and upon the day of arrival at Hong Kong):

No quota application under Come2hk Scheme will be required

No pre-arrival PCR test required

No home quarantine required

The person will need to complete Electronic Health Declaration and take PCR test on day 2, and self-monitoring in the 3 days after arrival at Hong Kong

If the person has been to at-risk places during the period, they will need to take an additional PCR test on Day 1 after arriving at Hong Kong.
